While on the Chalice of Opulence quest you will find that you are tasked with tracking down a new Lost Sector to earn a new type of currency called Imperials.  Imperials are used to upgrade the Chalice of Opulence and unlock Rune Slots on the item.  However, your first bounty of Imperials will be earned in this Lost Sector. The Conflux is located on Nessus, but it’s not listed on the map unless you hover over it and the Lost Sector symbol is very faint so it could be easy to miss it.
